Summary

Introduction The office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) seeks to engage a qualified Consulting firm to conduct a Rapid Digital Perception Survey Mozambique Recovery Facility Programme (MRF) under the Mozambique Recovery Facility Project for a period of two-months (8 weeks). The Consultancy will be held in following districts: Dondo; Beira; Nhamatanda; Buzi; Chibabava; Machanga. This assignment builds on UNDP’s interest in piloting digitally enabled, community-centred monitoring approaches that are cost-effective, ethically governed and scalable for future programming.
