<p>Submit Questions and Quotes electronically to both benjamin.t.rickman@usace.army.mil and jenifer.m.garland@usace.army.mil.</p> <p>All Vendors must submit both a Price Quote and Technical Proposal.</p> <p>Title file(s) in the following format:<br /> W912PM26QA019_COMPANY NAME_PRICING<br /> W912PM26QA019_COMPANY NAME_TECHNICAL</p> <p>SITE VISIT will be held on 29 April 2026, 10:00 AM, ET at 2080 Jordan Dam Road, Moncure, North Carolina. Please RSVP to benjamin.t.rickman@usace.army.mil by 27 April 2026.</p> <p>QUESTIONS are due no later than 30 April 2026, 2:00 PM, ET.<br /> QUOTES are due no later than 12 May 2026, 2:00 PM, ET.</p> <p>No hard copies will be accepted or evaluated. Both the Price Quote and Technical Proposal must be received by the closing date and time set forth within the solicitation.</p> <p>In an effort to reduce paper and cost, all quotes shall be submitted electronically. All submissions shall be in Adobe PDF format and shall be on 8 1/2 x 11 size pages in no less than 10 pitch or 10 fonts. Offerors may use compression utility software such as WinZip or PKZip to reduce fie size and facilitate electronic transmission.</p> <p>Any Quote that fails to conform to the essential requirements of the of the solicitation may be deemed non-responsive and not considered for award.</p>
