<p>The purpose of this amendment is to add clauses and provisions that were mistakenly omitted from the previous solicitation. Vendors are encouraged to closely review the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to ensure complaince with all FAR clauses and provisions. No additional site visits will be help, but the period for questions pertaining to this amendment has been extended to 4/15/2026 at 0900 AM EST. And updated quotes will be due 4/17/2026 at 0900 AM EST.</p> <p></p> <p>The purpose of this Synopsis/Solicitation is to request quote for Air Filter Replacement Service at the USDA Phoenix Rearing Facility (PRF). See attached SOW for additional details.</p> <p>A <strong>mandatory site visit</strong> will be held at 8:00AM MST on March 25 and 26, 2026 at the Phoenix Rearing Facility (3645 E. Chipman Road, Phoenix AZ 85040). Prospective vendors should meet at the front door of the facility. POC for site visits is Marvin Draper (Email: 602-390-5136, email: marvin.draper@usda.gov). All interested vendors <strong>must attend</strong> this site visit on one of the two dates listed above in order to be eligible for award.</p> <p>Vendors shall sign the official attendance sheet provided at the site visit. <strong>Quotes submitted by vendors who do not attend a site visit will be considered non‑responsive and will not be evaluated.</strong></p>
