In accordance with RFO FAR Part 5 and FAR 5.101(c)(1)(vi), all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation issued in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 36C10X26Q0119 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Boston Scientific EXALT Model D Duodenoscope Image Controller (PN M00542430). This acquisition is conducted under Only One Responsible Source authority (RFO FAR 6.103 1). No other source has been identified that can meet the Government s system compatibility, device interoperability, and clinical continuity requirements This solicitation incorporates RFO deviated provisions and clauses by reference. Authorized distributors must provide a valid OEM authorization letter. Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery is FOB Destination. Specific delivery locations and dates will be identified in individual orders issued under the contract.
