There are no other changes to solicitation and all other terms and conditions are in full effect.</p> <p>---</p> <p>The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for Propane Delivery Services at the United States Military Academy (USMA).</p> <p>The estimated period of performance is 08 September 2026 &ndash; 07 September 2028 (base period plus one one-year option period).</p> <p>This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns under NAICS code 324110 - Petroleum Refineries. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in refining crude petroleum into refined petroleum. Petroleum refining involves one or more of the following activities: (1) fractionation; (2) straight distillation of crude oil; and (3) cracking (size standard 1,500 employees) and PSC S204 - Housekeeping- Fueling and Other Petroleum.
