The solicitation will be issued as; <strong><u>UNRESTRICTED </u></strong>commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.</p> <p>SOLE SOURCE TO:</p> <p>FLUKE CORPORATION</p> <p>The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to:</p> <p>DLA DITRIBUTION PUGET SOUND EVERETT</p> <p>ATTN: PSNS/IMF DET EVERETT</p> <p>BLDG.2200</p> <p>2000 WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE</p> <p>EVERETT, WA 98207</p> <p><strong>The NAICS is:334290 & <em>the Product Service Code (PSC)/or </em>FSC is: 5895</strong></p> <p></p> <p>ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL to: naomi.larson@dla.mil</p> <p>Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.</p> <p><u>All responsible sources interested in submitting offers must: </u></p> <p>1)Complete the pricing for each CLIN listed.</p> <p>2)Provide cage code.</p> <p>2) Complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation.</p> <p>3) Provide manufacturer information of proposed items.</p> <p>4) Return all pages of the completed original solicitation package, signed.</p> <p>5) Ensure current registration in the system for award management (SAM.gov).</p> <p>6) Included lead time for delivery (please quote FOB destination).</p> <p></p> <p>In order to be considered for award, IF the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)</p> <p> **Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement. Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period**</p>
