<p>The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) San Salvador, is soliciting proposals for the procurement and delivery of ten (10) green dogs. The selected canines will be donated to the Government of El Salvador Canine Program for law enforcement purposes.</p> <p><strong>Evaluation Method:</strong> Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)</p> <p><strong>Important Notice:</strong> Vendors must read the solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW) in their entirety and ensure all submission requirements are met.
