<p>This is Amendment 1 to the initial announcement. This purpose of this amendment is:&nbsp;</p> <ol> <li> <p>Clarify the anticipated contract vehicle<strong>.</strong>&nbsp;The Government anticipates the award of a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) based contract as a result of this Call. This Call will&nbsp;<strong>not</strong>&nbsp;result in an award of an Other Transaction (OT) agreement for prototype.
