<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. </p> <p>Solicitation number N3220526Q7125 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) Metrex water regulating valves via their authorized distributor JA Moody. </p> <p>This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. </p> <p>This solicitation does not have a Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating.</p> <p>See attached SF 1449 for a list of all details of the supplies and/or services required and a list of all solicitation provisions and contract clauses that apply to the acquisition.</p> <p>Responses to the solicitation are due April 14, 2026, at 10:00AM EDT. Quotes may be e-mailed to Colin J. Edick at colin.j.edick.civ@us.navy.mil. To be considered timely, an e-mail quote must be received in its entirety in the designated e-mail inbox by the due date and time for quote submission. Reference the solicitation number on your quote. E-mail quotes shall be in either Adobe or Microsoft Office format. No other method of submission is acceptable.</p> <p>Award shall be made to <strong>JA Moody</strong>. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.</p> <p>The anticipated award date is April 30, 2026.</p> <p>One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.</p> <p>All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.</p> <p>Questions or comments regarding this notice may be addressed to the point of contact of this announcement.</p>
