<p>The National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Goddard Space Flight Center is pleased to release the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Sounder for Microwave-Based Applications acquisition. This RFP replaces Draft RFP 80GSFC25R7005 issued on April 18, 2025 (including all amendments), in its entirety.</p> <p>All attachments to this posting together constitute the complete RFP, including all instructions, restrictions, provisions, and contract clauses. </p> <p><strong>Amendment 1: </strong>The purpose of this amendment is to 1: Add Supply Chain Visibility Reporting; and 2. Correct the percentages in Attachment O - Milestone Payment Schedule. This amendment supersedes all affected areas in the RFP and previous amendments (if any). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.<br /> </p>
