If you do not adhere to the information found in the attachment, you may be left out of consideration for this requirment.</u></p> <p></p> <p>MICC Fort Hood intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Expert Witness in support of USAG Fort Hood. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is <strong>236220</strong>&ndash; Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Business Size Standard $45M. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. The Contracting Officer intends to make an award without discussion; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interests of the government.
