Ce marché prend également en compte : P1 : la fourniture d'énergie : électricité, gaz, bois… P2 : l'ensemble des travaux courants (hors travaux d'extension du réseau) pouvant intervenir en d'exécution. Ces travaux feront l'objet de commande successives sur devis à partir des engagements pris par le P3 : le gros entretien renouvellement pendant la durée du contrat
