Il servizio è soggetto alle disposizioni di cui al D. Lgs n. 152 del 3 aprile 2006 e s.m.i., nonché delle ulteriori norme nazionali e regionali in materia di tutela ambientale e trattamento dei rifiuti. Le operazioni di imballaggio e trasporto del rifiuto devono avvenire in conformità al D.Lgs 35/2010, al D.M. 07/08/2023 e al vigente all’accordo ADR – DECRETO DEL MINISTRO DEI TRASPORTI E DELLE INFRASTRUTTURE 13 febbraio 2025 Recepimento della direttiva 2025/149/UE della Commissione Europea, che modifica gli allegati della direttiva 2008/68/CE del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio, relativa al trasporto interno di merci pericolose (25A01649) così come disposto dall’All.1 del Decreto Direttoriale 251 del 19.12.2023 “ Modalità di compilazione del modello di cui all’art.4 del D.M. n.59 del 04.04.2023, attuativo dal 13 Febbraio 2025.
