Any offer, modification, revision, or withdrawal of an offer received after the time specified for receipt of offers is considered late. Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.</p> <p></p> <p>Firms interested in submitting offers must:</p> <p>1)complete the pricing,</p> <p>2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation,</p> <p>3) provide manufacturer information of proposed items,</p> <p>4) return all pages of the completed original solicitation package,</p> <p>5) ensure current registration in the system for award management (SAM.gov)</p>
