Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.<br /> Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0023 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for performance of an Initial Areawide Market Analysis for Vermont and subsequent annual AWMA recertifications or AWMA amendments for each following FY not to exceed 4 additional years.<br /> This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 531320 The small business size standard is $ 9.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.</p> <p>Any questions regarding the solicitation can be submitted to chanda.sow@usda.gov and oksana.strekha@usda.gov. All questions must be submitted by 4/16/2026. A consolidated Questions and Answers will be published on the site prior to closing if questions are received.</p>
