The service contract is needed for onsite repairs, repair parts, unlimited phone support, loaner instrument, and scheduled preventative maintenance. Place of Performance: James J. Peters VA Medical Center 130 West Kingsbridge Road Bronx, NY 10468 Chemistry Laboratory, 2B-15 NAICS code: 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) Small Business Size Standard: $34 Million. Intended Source: Advanced Instruments, LLC D/B/A Nova Biomedical Corporation Two Technology Way Norwood, Massachusetts, 02062 USA THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due on 4/18/2026 at 4:00 PM CST.
