Then, we will depart to the site, we have to drive, TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST!</strong><br /> <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------</p> <p>SOLICITATION NOTICE:</p> <p>The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for the Service of temporary structures for billeting (weatherproof housing), training structures, latrines (showers, sinks, toilets), systems need to accommodate for a 24/7 support staff, power, sewer, energy, and gas set up for Engagement Skills Trainer (EST) II, normally held at Camp Buckner on a base plus two (2) one (1) option years contract.</p> <p>The period of performance will be for May 01, 2026 &ndash; April 30, 2029 (estimated).</p> <p>This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns holders under NAICS code 721310 - Rooming and Boarding Houses, Dormitories, and Workers&#39; Camps, size standard is $14,000,000.00 Million per year and FSC/PSC of J054 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Prefabricated Structures and Scaffolding.</p> <p>In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) <u>https://sam.gov</u>.</p> <p>Please verify that both your SAM UEI #, CAGE Code, and NAICS Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).</p> <p>Offerors are reminded to carefully review all solicitation documents issued for details and instructions, as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.</p> <p>A Site Visit will be held, all offerors interested in submitting a quote for this requirement MUST attend the Site Visit, otherwise they will not be considered for award.
