RESPONSES TO THIS&nbsp;ANNOUNCEMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADEQUATE RESPONSE TO ANY&nbsp;FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENT.</p> <p></p> <p>The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks a Provider/Offeror:</p> <p>GSA requires the services of a parking management contractor, to provide administrative&nbsp;support to manage federal employee parking for private owned &amp; government vehicles. The parking assignments will be in a structured parking garage controlled by the GSA at the Bricker Federal Building Parking Garage 200 North High Street, Columbus, OH.</p> <p></p> <p>This parking garage is comprised of 256 parking spaces, numbered as follows: 459-465&nbsp;(7 spaces), 501-565 (65 spaces), 601-665 (65 spaces), 701-765 (65 spaces) and 801-854 (54 spaces). &nbsp;&nbsp;All current Federal employees utilizing the contractor-assigned parking area will be given the right of first refusal to have their existing spaces re-assigned under the terms of the prospective contract.</p> <p></p> <p>The period of performance is a six-month base year and four (4) one-year options beginning December 1, 2026.</p> <p></p> <p>Those wishing to identify their capability to provide the aforementioned services should respond to this announcement via email to natasha.cunningham@gsa.gov no later than Wednesday April 22, 2026 3:00 PM Eastern time.</p> <p></p> <p>Interested parties should provide the following:</p> <p>Company Name, Company Address, Point of Contact, phone number and email address, DUNS number and capability statement for the services as stated above.</p> <p>Additionally include; three customer references to which you have provided similar services, and your company business size pursuant to the following questions: (1) Is your business large or small business? (2) If a small business, does your firm qualify as a small, emerging business or small disadvantaged business? (3) If disadvantaged, specify under which disadvantaged group.&nbsp; (4) Is your firm is certified under the 8(a) Business Development Program, (5) Is your firm a certified Hubzone firm? (6) Is your firm a Woman-Owned business? (7) Is your firm a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small business (8) Is your firm a Veteran Owned Small business? (9) Is your firm an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business?</p> <p></p> <p>The method of award for any future solicitation is based on past performance and price.</p> <p>THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION OR &ldquo;SOURCES SOUGHT,&rdquo; SHALL NOT BE&nbsp;CONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR OFFER.
