This announcement constitutes a solicitation only. Proposals are being requested and a formal solicitation will NOT be issued. This acquisition is being issued as sole source to Lyme Technology Solutions Inc.</p> <p>This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; the Solicitation Number is W519TC26QWORK for SolidWorks License Renewal.</p> <p>All terms and conditions of the underlying Blanket Purchase Agreement, N6600121A0029, are applicable to this Call Order.</p> <p>The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The pertaining Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) provisions/ clauses apply to this RFQ and resulting award and are found in Attachment 0003 – Provisions and Clauses.</p> <p>The NAICS code for this procurement is 423430 (Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment & Software Merchant Wholesalers Software). The small business size standard for this NAICS is 250 employees.
