Tender summary

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of armoured vehicle rental and auxiliary security services, including drivers, liaison officers and the provision of information, risk analysis and security-related services in support of institutional missions in Ukraine on an on-demand basis. The framework agreement shall therefore be awarded as a single lot, comprising: • The provision and deployment of armoured vehicles with Security Oriented Drivers. • The mobilisation of Security Oriented Drivers as a stand-alone service, independent from vehicle rental, for the operation and driving of vehicles owned or made available by the Contracting Authority. • The mobilisation and deployment of Liaison-Security Officers. • The provision of information, risk analysis, security planning and operational support services, including pre-mission assessments and continuous support during mission execution through an operational control centre.
