Contrato a Largo Plazo (LTA, por su siglas en inglés) PARA SERVICIOS INTEGRALES DE ORGANIZACIÓN EVENTOS PNUD- CUBA (ver TORs adjuntos) El propósito del REOI es identificar proveedores que deseen participar en un próximo proceso de licitación.
