The intent of this RFI is to&nbsp;solicit&nbsp;potential vendors&nbsp;capable of providing user licenses for access to RS&nbsp;Means Facilities Maintenance and Repair (FMR) Preventative Maintenance Data.&nbsp;(~target award date:&nbsp;20 July 2026 to 19 July 2027).&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>2. The requested&nbsp;information is to confirm available product/software providers and product/software availability. Please&nbsp;respond&nbsp;with&nbsp;your&nbsp;capabilities description&nbsp;no&nbsp;later&nbsp;than&nbsp;3:00&nbsp;pm&nbsp;Eastern&nbsp;Standard&nbsp;Time&nbsp;(EST)&nbsp;on&nbsp;21 April 2026.&nbsp;</p> <p>3. This RFI&nbsp;is not an authorization to&nbsp;provide a proposal&nbsp;and in no way&nbsp;obligates&nbsp;the Government for any cost incurred by your&nbsp;company&nbsp;for&nbsp;this requirement.&nbsp;The Government is under no obligation to make an award&nbsp;as a result of&nbsp;this RFI.&nbsp;</p> <p>4. The data needs to work with the TRIRIGA software to calculate the construction professionals use to create budgets, estimate projects, validate cost data and plan for ongoing facilities maintenance such as maintenance and repair, preventive maintenance, general maintenance and complete details about the cost and repair frequencies of thousands of work items.<strong>***</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;<u><strong>NOTE: This is &#39;DATA&#39; only, not executable software.</strong></u></p> <p></p>
