<p><strong><u>This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY</u></strong>. &nbsp;</p> <p>Project Solicitation Number:&nbsp; FA813726R0017</p> <p>Project Title: WWYK190099 &ndash; INSULATE AND INSTALL VAPOR BARRIER ON EXISTING HEATING AND CHILLED WATER PIPE<br /> Project Location: Tinker AFB - B3708</p> <p>The work to be performed under the terms of this Order consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the replacement of the chilled water piping insulation in B3708 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma</p> <p><u>The estimated project value is below $25M and is restricted to SB MAC BOA holders only</u>.</p> <p>Project specific documents are attached to this posting.</p> <p>If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission.&nbsp; In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to.&nbsp; Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses.</p> <p>Currently, the Solicitation &ndash; Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available.</p> <p><strong><u>This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY</u></strong>. &nbsp;</p> <p>After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB &ndash; MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit.&nbsp; Your RSVP email must be received within 3 calendar days from the posting of this project.&nbsp; In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access.&nbsp; <u>If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access</u>.&nbsp; &nbsp;<em>***** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor.</em></p> <p>Initial Site Visit is currently set for 15 April 2026 at 0900 CT, we will meet at the North entrance for B3708.</p> <p>You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.</p> <p><strong><u>This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY</u></strong>. &nbsp;</p>
