<p>This is a solicitaiton notice for the procurement of Aveva Software Licenses and customer support IAW the Item Description in accordance with Part 12 at Tinker Air Force Base, OK. This requirement is a sole source acquisition to Q-Mation, LLC. FOB destination is Tinker, AFB.</p> <p>Any questions related to this Solicitation need to be submitted in writing two (2) days prior to the closing date stated on page 1 of the Solicitation.</p> <p>Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation.</p> <p>When returning this Standard form 1449, please complete the following:<br /> 1. Please complete Company Information (Name & Address) and CAGE Code in Block 17a.<br /> 2. Please wet sign, put the name and title of signer, and date signed in blocks 30a., 30b., and 30c. respectively.<br /> 3. Please insert pricing on Page 3 along with net amount & delivery times<br /> 4. Please complete information in all “Fill-in” provisions and clauses, IF APPLICABLE.<br /> 5. Please provide a written statement to explain how your company is going to meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2.<br /> 6.
