See information below.</p> <p>The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) is<br /> issuing this solicitation for the one-time requirement for the Cranes and Hoists Services<br /> at West Point, NY. This is a Base plus three (3) option years. The Period of Performance is from 23 May 2026 through 22 May 2030.</p> <p>This requirement is unrestricted with full and open competition under NAICS code<br /> 811310 &ndash; Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and<br /> Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, size standard is $12.5 Million and PSC is J040.</p> <p>In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under the<br /> appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at<br /> www.sam.gov prior to submitting their proposals and must be registered in<br /> SAM.Gov prior to submitting their proposals in order to be considered for award.</p> <p>Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the SAM&nbsp;system.</p> <p>Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation and documents issued, as criteria<br /> stated in the solicitation shall govern.&nbsp;This solicitation is issued in electronic format only, on the internet at:<br /> https://www.sam.gov.</p> <p>It is the offeror&rsquo;s responsibility to check the website provided (https://www.sam.gov) as<br /> necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments.</p> <p>Quotes and additional supporting documentations (if required) must be submitted as<br /> instructed on or before the close date noted in the solicitation.<br /> Request for Proposal (RFP) IS DUE NO LATER THAN April 6, 2026 BY 4:30<br /> PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME.</p> <p>All interested offerors must complete, sign, date and return the attached Solicitation<br /> W911SD26QA039 with certifications, licenses and two or three Past Performance<br /> Questionnaires to Ms. Sonya Van Valkenburg by e-mail, at sonya.d.vanvalkenburg.civ@army.mil no<br /> later than, close of RFQ by 4:30 pm.
