<p>This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2).&nbsp; THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.</p> <p>The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price service contract to Catholic Organist at Camp Zama, Japan. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency IAW RFO FAR 5.101(c)(4)(vi).</p> <p>Anticipated award date is around 30 May 2026 (subject to change).</p> <p>Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform the catholic organist services at Bldg 500, Zama Chapel Center, Camp Zama Japan.</p> <p>The contractor shall provide a Catholic Organist to assist the Catholic congregation in worship and shall play the organ/piano to provide instrumental music for the following services:</p> <ol> <li>Music worship</li> <li>Rehearsal for music worship</li> <li>Providing musical accompaniment for special music worship services (i.e.&nbsp; Christmas, Easter, etc.).</li> </ol> <p>Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a pianist is required, shall have an experience in church organ/piano for hymn, contemporary Christian music and choir support and special music support for funeral and wedding.</p>
