Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest has a requirement for the design, modification, delivery, and placement of&nbsp;<strong>one (1) 40&#39; x 8&#39; x 9&#39;6&quot; modified high cube shipping container</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Destination:</strong> Skykomish Ranger Station, 74920 NE Stevens Pass Hwy, Skykomish, WA 98288</p> <p><strong>Delivery:</strong>&nbsp;Mandatory&nbsp;<strong>90-day</strong>&nbsp;delivery from date of award (July). Earlier Delivery preferred.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Technical Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Condition:</strong>&nbsp;New (one-trip).</li> <li><strong>Modifications:</strong>&nbsp;Interior spray foam (R-10.5+), 100Amp electrical panel, 6 GFCI receptacles, LED interior lighting, exterior motion-detected floodlight, and 18,500 BTU HVAC unit with heat.</li> <li><strong>Site Constraints:</strong>&nbsp;Delivery must be via&nbsp;<strong>tilt-deck or roll-off truck</strong>. Cranes and standard flatbeds are prohibited [RFQ provided].</li> </ul> <p><strong>Evaluation Criteria (FAR 12.602):</strong><br /> Award will be made on a &quot;Most Advantageous to the Government&quot; basis (Comparative Evaluation) considering:</p> <ol> <li><strong>Technical/Capability:</strong>&nbsp;Meeting salient characteristics, conceptual drawings, and delivery confirmation.</li> <li><strong>Past Performance:</strong>&nbsp;Recent (last 3 years) relevance and quality.</li> <li><strong>Price:</strong>&nbsp;Evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.</li> </ol> <p>See attached Statement of Work, modification drawings and pictures of drop off site.</p>
