<p>This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation W519TC-26-Q-RUPS. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue a Request for Quote for a requirement to procure revitalization of the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system that supports the Headquarters&rsquo; facility building on the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, Illinois. All work must be performed by service professionals certified by Schneider Electric.&nbsp;</p> <p>Any resulting procurement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) 100% Small Business Set Aside. The small business size standard is $34 million.</p> <p>Work required under the solicitation will be perform via FOB Destination at Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois.</p> <p></p> <p>Please note: This notice does not constitute an RFQ. Responses to this announcement are not quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not a guarantee of a future RFQ or an award.
