<p>Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for 191N6526Q0028, Drone light Show.&nbsp; If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.</p> <p></p> <p>The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the American Center, &nbsp;24 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Connaught Place, the pre-proposal conference will be held on on April &nbsp;9, 2026 at 11 Hrs.&nbsp; Prospective offerors/quoters should contact <strong><em>Kamathsp@state.gov</em></strong> by November 8, 2026 at 12 Hrs. for additional information or to arrange entry to the building along with following information:</p> <p></p> <p>1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Name of the person as per Aadhaar card.</p> <p>2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If your company requests access for more than one person, only one individual will be allowed &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; to carry a laptop and phone.</p> <p>3&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Phone number of the device you plan to carry.</p> <p></p> <p>Quotations are due by April 16, 2026,1400 hrs. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.</p> <p></p> <p>Last date to receive questions is April 9, 2026. To participate in this solicitation, bidders must attend the pre‑quotation conference.</p> <p></p> <p>No quotations shall be accepted after 1400 hrs. (India Time) of April 16, 2026. &nbsp;Quotations must be in English. &nbsp;Incomplete quotations will not be accepted.&nbsp;&nbsp;Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt&nbsp;in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.</p>
