Schools</p> <p></p> <p>3. Ten (10) onsite, reserved, secured parking spaces. a. Secured Structured Parking is defined as a partially or fully enclosed parking area that resides within a building or as a stand-alone parking structure. The garage must be access controlled and parking spaces must be marked &ldquo;Reserved.&rdquo; b. Secured Surface Parking: Secure outside surface parking may be considered. The parking must be able to be access-controlled and/or a fence may be required.</p> <p></p> <p>4. Cannot be collocated with the following entities a. Agencies providing probation and/or parole services b. Agencies providing drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs c. Agencies providing social services d. Residential units</p> <p></p> <p>5. Offered buildings/properties are subject to a risk/vulnerability assessment. The outcome of the assessment may result in the building not being considered. separate entrance. Another example, commercial entrance with public traffic.</p> <p>Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
