<p><strong>Amendment 001&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The purpose of this amendment is to extend the date for offers and to update the specifications document which has better articulated specifications for required items.&nbsp;</p> <p>Description&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. &nbsp;This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. &nbsp;Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. &nbsp;</p> <p>Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0295 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the USDA-Dairy Forage Research Farm in Prairie du Sac, WI seeks a 12-month contract for recurring deliveries of Calf and Cow Feed and Heifer Supplements. &nbsp;</p> <p>This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. &nbsp;The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 311119 &nbsp;The small business size standard is 650 employees &nbsp;This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. &nbsp;All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. &nbsp;</p> <p>Statement of Requirement<br /> Recurring deliveries of Calf and Cow Feed and Heifer Supplements according to a set delivery schedule in specific amounts based on a set active drug ingredient and guaranteed analysis of ingredients. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Schedule of Items&nbsp;</p> <p>Details for items and delivery schedule are found on the SF 1449 and Attachment 1 Specification Document.&nbsp;</p> <p>The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. &nbsp;COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause. &nbsp;Offerors must be able to provide necessary certification including traceability to the manufacturer, manufacturer&#39;s COC, and its own certificate of conformance for assurance of quality of items as well as the confirmation of active ingredient and guaranteed analysis. &nbsp;</p> <p><br /> Offers must be submitted to shane.pope@usda.gov no later than 08 April 2026 at 0800hrs CDT<br /> &nbsp;</p>
