<p>The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, is soliciting offers for numerous orthopedic tools, instruments, and positioners for use by the Erie VA Medical Center located in Erie, Pennsylvania.</p> <p></p> <p>Solicitation Details: This solicitation uses brand-name descriptions for orthopedic tools, instruments, and positioners. Please note that any reference to a brand-name product is herein provided solely for descriptive purposes and shall not be construed as an intention by the Department of Veterans Affairs to limit competition or procure that specific product. When a brand-name product is identified, prospective offerors shall treat such reference as a benchmark for design, performance, or quality standards. In addition, the Buy American Act applies in full. This act provides preference for American-made products, which will be applied as a price adjustment in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 25.106(b)(a).</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>Set-Aside Status: None.
