This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.</p> <p>Solicitation number FA701426R0008 is issued as a&nbsp;Request for Proposal (RFP)&nbsp;for HAF/A2&nbsp;Publicly Available Information (PAI) Alerting Services for Department of War (DoW) Enterprise Licensing.</p> <p>This acquisition<em> </em>is not&nbsp;set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at&nbsp;www.acquisition.gov.</p> <p>ii. <strong>CLINS</strong><br /> See attached SF1449 for CLIN Structure.</p> <p>iii. <strong>Description of Requirement to be acquired</strong><br /> Headquarters Air Force (HAF)/A2 seeks a commercially-available enterprise license subscription that leverages a variety of publicly avaliable information sources, evaluates content to detect emerging events as they are developing, and pushes alerts to users based on user-defined areas and topics of interest, amongst other requirements (see Attachment 1 for the Statement of Objectives). The solution must be capable of distributing alerts in near real-time via email, application programming interface (API), web-based application, and mobile platforms.
