Tender summary
<p>The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites vendors to submit a quote in response to RFQ No. CORHQ‑26‑Q‑0041 for the FDIC Optimal IDM software maintenance (S/M) requirement. All offerors must use the provided Price Schedule template to submit pricing for all required line items and should include their most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, End‑User License Agreements (EULAs), or Master Service Agreements (MSAs) must be submitted with the quote for incorporation into the resulting contract. The FDIC prefers Government‑approved terms.</p> <p>Each quote submission shall include the following components, preferably as separate documents:</p> <p>• Price Schedule Spreadsheet (REQUIRED)<br /> • Section K – Representations and Certifications (REQUIRED)<br /> • Proof of active registration in SAM.gov (REQUIRED)<br /> • Proof of partnership with Optimal IDM (REQUIRED)<br /> • EULAs, MSAs, or Warranty Terms (if applicable)</p> <p>Quotes that do not include all required components listed above will not be considered for award. The selected awardee must have an active SAM.gov registration prior to contract award.</p> <p>Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted no later than 12<strong>:00 PM EST on April 13, 2026</strong>. All quotes must be submitted by <strong>2:00 PM EST on April 20, 2026</strong>.
