<p>The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Order Agreement (BOA) order to provide from Rolls-Royce Corporation (RRC), Gas Turbine Engines. The proposed order is for two (2) MT5S-HE+ Gas Turbine Engines, PN 23092179.</p> <p>The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), &ldquo;Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements,&rdquo; as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1.</p> <p>Interested parties, however; may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.</p> <p>The applicable North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 333611 with a size standard of 1,500.
