<p>SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is the solicitation notice for Energy Resilience Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) United States Army Garrison (USAG) Ansbach Storck Barracks Microgrid. The full solicitation is posted via the procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module with restricted access. Please read below for instructions to access the full solicitation.</p> <p><strong>Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and Access to Controlled Information</strong></p> <p>1. Purpose of this Notice</p> <p>This notice is to inform industry of an active solicitation and to outline the mandatory cybersecurity prerequisites required to obtain the full solicitation package, including restricted drawings and specifications. The information to be released is considered Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).</p> <p>2. Mandatory CMMC Requirement</p> <p>This acquisition requires the contractor and its subcontractors to process, store, or transmit Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Therefore, compliance with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program is mandatory.</p> <ul> <li>Required CMMC Level: The minimum requirement for this project is CMMC Level 2.</li> <li>Requirement for Award: An offeror will not be eligible for award if they do not possess a current CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification (or higher) at the time of award, as posted and verifiable in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). This requirement applies to each contractor information system that will be used in the performance of this contract.</li> </ul> <p>3. Procedure to Obtain Restricted Solicitation Documents</p> <p>Due to the sensitive nature of the project data, the full solicitation package is restricted and will only be released to contractors who have demonstrated CMMC compliance at the required level.</p> <p>To receive the restricted solicitation documents, interested parties must perform the following steps:</p> <ul> <li>Step 1: Send Notification of Interest<br /> Email the following point of contact with your company's information: <ul> <li>To: Kari Rogers and <u>Bjorn Hale </u></li> <li>Email: kari.a.rogers@usace.army.mil and <u>bjorn.t.hale@usace.army.mil</u></li> <li>Subject: CMMC Verification for [<em>Insert Solicitation Number or Project Name</em>]</li> <li>Body of Email: Include your company's CAGE Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Confirm that your CMMC Level 2 assessment information is current and accurately posted in SPRS.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Step 2: Government Verification<br /> Upon receipt of your email, the Government will verify your company’s CMMC status in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). We cannot provide the restricted documents until this verification is successfully completed.</li> <li>Step 3: Receive Solicitation Package<br /> Once your firm's CMMC compliance is confirmed, the complete solicitation package will be provided to you through a separate, secure posting in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module.</li> </ul> <p>Important: Firms that do not meet the minimum CMMC Level 2 (self) requirement will be considered ineligible to receive the restricted solicitation package and, consequently, will be ineligible for contract award.</p> <p><u>Updated: 4/7/2026 to add additional contact for solicitation access.
