Het doel van deze aanbesteding is dat TNO voornemens is een overeenkomst aan te gaan met één (1) opdrachtnemer voor de levering en installatie van één foto‑luminescentie-instrument (EPI)/PL‑mapper, geschikt voor volledig automatische metingen van fotoluminescentiespectra op epitaxiaal gegroeide lagen op InP‑wafers.
