The scope includes the turnkey installation of a ~390 kWp rooftop solar PV system, together with roof recoating and replacement of deteriorated skylights, delivered under a single NZS 3910 contract. The roof renewal works will be undertaken to improve safety, extend asset life, and ensure the roof is fit for purpose prior to solar installation. This project forms part of AT’s wider decarbonisation and sustainability programme and directly supports its target to reduce operational greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2031. By integrating renewable energy infrastructure with proactive asset renewals, the project delivers long‑term operational, safety, and environmental benefits.
