<p><strong><u>Project Description</u>:</strong></p> <p>This project will install new liquid propane unit heaters at the Stanley Admin Site Warehouse Building.&nbsp; Unit heaters shall be ceiling or wall mounted, shall connect to existing propane service, shall connect to existing electrical, and shall include new thermostat controls/wiring for operation.&nbsp; Installations shall include all required work to render fully operational unit heater systems along with any interior finish repairs and final cleanup from the construction activities.</p> <p></p> <p><strong><u>Project Location</u>:</strong></p> <p>This project will take place at the Stanley Ranger Station Administrative Site located just south of Stanley, Idaho.&nbsp; Northing and Easting coordinate locations are provided for reference on the Plans.</p> <p></p> <p><strong><u>Site Information and Limitations</u>:</strong></p> <p>The work shall be completed to limit disturbance to existing building elements and finishes.</p> <p></p> <p>Electrical service exists at the warehouse building.&nbsp; Contractors may use existing electrical service during construction.&nbsp; Contractor shall provide connections and extensions of services as required for construction operations.&nbsp; Water service is also available for use at each building site via exterior hose bibbs.&nbsp; <u>Restroom and sink facilities are off limits to the Contractor&rsquo;s personnel</u>.</p> <p></p> <p>Allowable Construction Hours &ndash; 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday for all work activities.</p> <p>POP Dates:&nbsp; 6/1/2026 - 7/3/2026</p> <p></p>
