This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written<br /> solicitation will not be issued.</p> <p>PSNS & IMF, located in Bremerton, WA, is requesting a quote from your firm for the item(s) listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).</p> <p>Solicitation number N4523A26Q5709 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for overhaul of a 3408 Caterpillar Engine. </p> <p>The Period of Performance: 10 weeks from award.</p> <p>Competition is full and open to all Offerors who operate a Caterpillar Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Certified repair facility. </p> <p>Quotes must be submitted by <u><strong>12:00 PM Pacific Time on 6 April 2026.</strong></u></p> <p>Questions must be submitted by <u>10:00 <strong>AM Pacific Time on 2 April2026.</strong></u></p> <p><strong>Late offers will not be considered for award.</strong></p> <p>AMENDMENT 1: The quote submission deadline is being updated to <u><strong>12:00 PM Pacific Time on 7 April 2026.</strong></u></p>
