<p>The American Embassy invites you to participate in the bidding for Waterproofing at 25 Prithviraj Road. If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required sections of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided below.</p> <p>Prospective offerors wishing to participate in the site visit scheduled for April 10, 2026, at 1100 hours at 25 Prithviraj Road must send their confirmation to kamathsp@state.gov no later than 1200 hours on April 8, 2026. Offerors who do not attend the site visit will not be considered for the solicitation process.</p> <p><strong>Your quotation must be submitted electronically to </strong><strong>Newdelhibids@state.gov</strong><strong> with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0029 for </strong>Waterproofing”<strong><em>. </em></strong>The submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.</p>
