<p>The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Curtain Maritime Corp., 725 Pier T Ave. Long Beach, CA 90802 for the following:</p> <p></p> <p>Fully crewed, mission-capable offshore vessel capable of supporting integrated maritime training operations, including:</p> <p></p> <ul> <li>Maritime law enforcement or security operations training</li> <li>Personnel transfer and tactical boarding training scenarios</li> <li>Small boat launch and recovery operations</li> <li>Rotary-wing and/or unmanned aerial system (UAS) integration</li> <li>Command and control (C2) operations</li> <li>Personnel berthing and sustainment</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>See attached Statement of Work for full requirement detail</strong></p> <p></p> <p>This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources who believe they can meet all of the requirements may submit a capability statement that demonstrates clear and convincing evidence of capability, addressing the points identified above.</p> <p></p> <p>All question/concerns regarding this post shall be submitted in writing (NO TELEPHONE INQURIES WILL BE ACCEPTED) to Contracting Officer, Terry Craft at terry.e.craft@uscg.mil no later than 15 April 2026, 11:00am (Pacific Time).
