No solicitation package is available, and telephone request will not be honored.</p> <p>The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), Contracting Department, San Diego CA, 92155 intends to solicitate and award Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to Indoor Skydiving Virginia, LLC, dba iFLY VA Beach for the procurement of vertical wind tunnel services.&nbsp;</p> <p>The contract action is for commercial services acquired accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items; only one source under authority10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.103-1.</p> <p>The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611699 &ndash; All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction.
