Summary
<p>The work consists of providing all labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision as required to conduct quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections on all fire suppression systems according to Local, State, and NFPA guidelines and regulations. Areas of concern will span across multiple locations in Philadelphia, PA; Atlantic City, NJ; Ocean City, NJ; Point Pleasant Beach, NJ;Sea Isle City, NJ; Barnegat Light, NJ; Millville, NJ; Rehoboth Beach, DE; and Lewes, DE. Interested vendors may use the "Sector AOR Fire Panel SOW" attachment where POC's for each location are provided to schedule site visits to gain a clarity of the needs of each location. Offerers shall include individual estimates for costs for each location for clear budgeting purposes and transparency of costs relevant to each units needs. </p> <p>More time has been allotted to permit interested vendors to conduct site visits to each location prior to bidding. Updated SF-1442 has been attached and FAR Clauses for consideration. </p>
