The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 311230, manufacturing of oat, mixed grain, and breakfast cereal. The small business size standard is 1,300 employees or less. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. </p>
