This announcement is considered market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. BACKGROUND: Notice from the Department of War, Defense Logistics Agency, Strategic Acquisition Program Directorate (SAPD) at DLA Columbus, Ohio. The SAPD/ZAA Division is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources, including small businesses. This sources sought synopsis is published for market research purposes only, to identify potential sources capable of supplying the Government with the items in accordance with the requirements listed below. Please review the below National Stock Number (NSN) and provide any additional sources that can supply the item with an unknown demand.</p> <p>NSN: 4730012539953 Item Name: REPAIR KIT,PIPE,EMERGENCY. The Acquisition Method Code (AMC) / Acquisition Method Suffix Code (AMSC) for the NSN listed above is “1/G". AMC: 1 – Suitable for Competition, potential sources shall include dealers/distributors. AMSC: C – The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Please see the link and instructions to review the drawings below. </p> <p>Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is for market research purposes only, respondents will not be individually notified of the results of any government assessments.
