<p><strong>NITE-STAR SOLICITATION NOTICE</strong></p> <p><strong><u>UPDATE: 3 April 2026, please find attached the questions and answers titled &quot;FA255326RB001 Q and A 3 April 2026&quot;</u></strong></p> <p><u><strong>After the evaluation of the Questions and Answers the Government anticipates posting an amendment to the solicitation in the coming days.&nbsp;</strong></u></p> <p>The purpose of this announcement is to request competitive proposals from sources capable of meeting the needs of the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) Innovative Technology &amp; Engineering &ndash; Space Test and Range (NITE-STAR) Capability Development Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) requirement. This contract vehicle will be used to support the United States Space Force (USSF) Space System Command (SSC) Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) and SYD 81 by designing, developing, integrating, testing, and sustaining advanced space-based and ground-based systems.</p> <p><strong><u>Submission Instructions: </u></strong>All Offeror proposals must be submitted no later than 1200 Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on <strong>17 April 2026</strong>. Early submission is acceptable and encouraged. The entire proposal package must be submitted electronically via DoD SAFE to the PCO. Offerors must email SSC.TIK.NITESTAR@spaceforce.mil to request a DoD SAFE drop off link.</p> <p>Offerors may submit questions regarding the solicitation on or before seven (7) calendar days after release of the RFP (1700 MDT, 24 March 2026). The Government will provide responses to questions to all Offerors, regardless of the source of the question.</p> <p>All questions must be submitted using Attachment 11 &ndash; Question and Answer (Q&amp;A) Template. Attachment 11 contains further instructions under the spreadsheet tab &ldquo;Instructions.&rdquo; All Offerors shall clearly identify each question with a reference to the solicitation. Questions shall be sent via email to the Contracting Team at SSC.TIK.NITESTAR@spaceforce.mil.</p> <p><strong><u>Pre-Proposal Conference:</u></strong> Pre-Proposal Conference slides and associated recording will be posted to SAM.gov no later than 20 March 2026.</p> <p></p>
