<p>The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY &amp; IMF) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Hawthorne CAT in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 for a firm fixed price contract to provide technical assistance and installation of Wire Harnesses for a Diesel Engine - Caterpillar Model 3512B onboard a Virginia-Class submarine.</p> <p>In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1,&nbsp; a sources sought notice was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov from 26 March 2026 - 30 March 2026 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received two responses from industry but capability was not provided.</p> <p>The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code assinged to this procurement is 336611, Ship Building Repair with a size standard of 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 - Maintenance, Repair, Rebuilding of Equipment - Ship and Marine Equipment.</p> <p>Please note the following:</p> <p>This solicitation is available upon request only.
