<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.&nbsp; This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.&nbsp; Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p> <p>Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0348 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Renovating the EC04 Headhouse and Greenhouse to return the facility to full operations in El Reno, OK. &nbsp;</p> <p>This acquisition&nbsp; is set-aside for small business concerns.&nbsp; The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction180.&nbsp; The small business size standard is $19M. &nbsp;This acquisition is set-aside for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBZone).&nbsp; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.&nbsp;</p> <p>A mandatory site visit is required to be technically acceptable.&nbsp; Information is provided within the solicitation for location, date, and time.</p> <p>Questions shall be submitted via emailed to david.hildebrand@usda.gov and are due no later than April 21, 2026, at 5:00PM EST.&nbsp; This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends.&nbsp; Responses will be posted on sam.gov as an attachment under the solicitation.&nbsp; Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.</p>
