De opdracht betreft financieren, ontwikkelen, realiseren en exploiteren van studentenhuisvesting op het terrein van de TU/e, nabij gebouw Vector. Een belangrijk uitgangspunt van de opdracht is dat de Opdrachtnemer zelf verantwoordelijk is voor de financiering, het ontwerp, de realisatie, het bouwrijp maken van het terrein en aanleg van benodigde voorzieningen als ook de exploitatie van de studentenhuisvesting. Het exploitatierisico komt dus geheel bij de opdrachtnemer te liggen. Minimaal 750 wooneenheden
